I must find the quickest way to get to 100 skill in smithing. Just give me the names of items in order and ill find the ingredients. Thank you in advance

gabantik has it right, but I'll elaborate just a bit...
recipe is Chunk of Condensed 'x', water, file.... so you'll need to buy a file too, if no one selling it might slow you down just a tad making one yourself, but they aren't that difficult
in theory you can go from 0-116 in short order this way, myself i went from 40-116 or so using it
Quick does not equal cheap, some people that aren't the brightest try to sell the stuff for 20pp, but it isn't worth more than 5pp each... and I've never actually paid more than 3pp. All depends on what people are selling . Check out the site for alternative recipes... but they allll require a whole lot more work.
Quickest way would be to make metal bits then try to make each bit into a file. Once you have a file, make metal rings, then make those rings into chain jointings. That'll get you to 95.
If you can find chunk of condensed XXX make those into arrowheads. But the path I mention you can do in shadowhaven on the smithing vendors without moving more than 10 steps.
Sorry, but enchanting silver and making CEs is not part of a QUICK path.
fastest would be banded boots to 95
sheet of metal, boot mold (boot sectional mold?) and flask of water
then to 106 banded helm
2 sheets of metal, helm mold, flask of water
I did banded in PoK in about 90 mins skill zero to 115 and a few hundred pp.
The mold vendor is right next to the vendor with the metal sheets and the forge. The only time I had to move more then 2 steps was when I would run the short distance to a vendor to get another backpack full of water.
I did bracers to 95 1 sheet
then arms to 102 2 sheets
then chest to 115 3 sheets
I was amazed at how easy it was.
edit- The last time I worked on smithing was long before the trivial changes but it seams so much easier to get skill up now then it did then. I am an Ogre shaman and have zero problem getting str to 255 so I am thinking that may be why I get such nice skill ups. I did 17 gold ornate chain sleave last night and got 6 skill ups from 128 to 134. This kind of skill up rate has been the norm for my current smithing. I would recommend getting str as high as you can.
I agree with Grug. banded bracers to 95, banded helm to 106, banded mail (tunic) to 115. sheet, mold, water for bracer. 2 sheets for helm. 3 sheets for mail. Not the cheapest, but definitely the quickest.
