New expansion question

I realize there is a lockdown on information but when its open can someone let me know if shields will be able to be made in the new expansion?

Abazz! I want an answer to the question first Just switched to a new guild and learning events I never have done before, but I will pop back in there sometime in next week, I promise!

No new player made shields in the forms of the cultural weaponry that I saw.

However, new ornamentations were implamented that can fit in a slot 20 on weapons and shields that can give you a new look (and maybe some stats) that could potentially be player made. I do not have my notes in front of me.
