Okay, forgive me if this can be found somewhere else on the site (I've looked and had absolutely no luck) but, I was wondering where in LFay can the morning dew ground spawns be found?
To the best of my knowledge it is not a ground spawn.
I've spoken with a few people and it sounds like the better area to try and forage is along the eastern side.
I hope this helps, and good luck in getting morning dews. They are not an easy item to forage.

I haven't seen the info on the site itself before, but there is an excellent thread discussing everything about Morning Dew a couple of pages back. And there seems to be a new one every couple of weeks or so. If you want the most info you can get I would suggest doing a search in the forums for Morning Dew and reading the threads that pop up.
The specific 'excellent thread' I mentioned above can be found here.
I have only ever found about 6 ground spawns after about 48 hours total of searching for them. All of them were found between the in-game times of 0100 and 0900, and all were found around or in the Faerie Dragon Circle just outside of MistMoore (except one wich was found on the opposite side of the hill NW of the MM entrance.) This searching was done about a month before SoV came out, so is highly subject to change.

Faeries and Brownies drop Morning Dew? When did they start doing this? I have killed thousands of Faeries with my paladin (/cheer Ro Armor) and have never found one on a faerie. Perhaps this is relatively new?

The ring fairies have like a 10 min respawn, the roaming fairies are near instant. I'm a wizard, I just run around and aggro with my staff of temperate flux and then ae them. However, sometimes I feel lazy and just find a clump and sit down and they auto-agrro on me.
I will confirm that morning dew does spawn on the ground, taking the appearence of a lime green lead on the dark green ground ( of course it is only there for the morining.) I wouldn't waste too much time looking for the ground spawn; just waste the faeries. The dew from them seems to drop whether it's morning. The drop rate can be frustrating though, some runs I get a lot of dew, other runs I can be there for hours and only get 3 =o\. BTW all the faeries have a chance to drop the dew; this included the fairy guards (who will autoattack anyone.)
When camping this area, be aware of your surroundings, Equestrielle the Corrupted can blindside you when you aren't looking and has a large aggro range. In case you didn' kniow, she will be a SoW speed black Unicorn.
Just an observation... the Brownie Guards seem to drop Morning Dew 1 in 10 times, while the normal Brownies (3 spawn) don't seem to drop it at all. The Brownie Farmer seems to drop it the most frequently, about 1 in 6 times.
Just a note (not sure if it is mentioned in the links to this topic posted above) but not only by the rings (by FAR the best ground spawn spot however) but randomly through the zone are also dews. I have on occasion had a few ground spawns while blowing up those annoying lil faeries at their village too.
Keep trying Mahlig... it's an uncommon drop. I went with a group of guildmates and kept the faerie village cleared for about an hour, and ended up with about 13 morning dews.
