Hi everyone my first post here thanks for your attention. 
I am starting smithing and am up to level 115. I made a bunch of high quality rings to start smithing ornate armor but cannot find where the ornate armor molds are sold, can anyone tell me? thanks
Secondly and I don't know if this is answerable but roughly how much pp does it take on average to get to level 250? I have a dorf cleric, WI 217 and highest ally faction in Freeport and good CHA items. But my main is only level 51, basically relegated to farming pp in RM to further my smithing. I saw underfoot platemail items in the bazaar going for a fair amount and thought instead of trying to buy it I would put the money to raising my own skill instead. I'm willing to put in the time, just would like to know what i'm getting into. Thanks again all.
