No backstab skill mod on "fine" piercers?

It looks like the crafted Daggers and Short Spears were not included with the rest of the SoD piercing weapons in the backstab update last patch. I don't see a bonus on any of the Penetrating symbols either, although admittedly I didn't check all of them. Was this intentional, or just an oversight?

I'd expect a skill mod on at least the Stalwart and Elegant levels, or maybe something ramping up from a small bonus starting much lower.

It is something I plan on, but did not manage to get to before the most recent design lock. I hope to have this in in January.
