Acrylia Chain Coif was not Trivial for me at 204.
After a shadow scream run got me 2 points I tried again and the coif was trivial.

Can you provide the full-right click information on the Worked Shard, and Worked Mace? Name, Size, Weight, Class, Race, etc. Or have you arleady used them for the next step?
