New Iksar Racial Armor?

I saw a message in the patch notes about Iksar Racial armor. Do any of you have any information on this? Much thanks

I believe the message you are refering to is that of the Turn in quests in Plane of Knowledge. There are people in the plane of knowledge that will take Old World planar armors (fear, hate, etc) and turn them in for a chance of a reward. This would make raid foreces that had no-drop armor they couldn't use still able to get something out of the previously useless armor. With the addition of Iksars, some new planar armor was added specifically for them to the planes because Iksars cannot wear the normal class based armors. When they created the award npcs in knowledge, they neglected to add ones that would accept the Iksar version of the planar gear. The patch states, that there are now NPCs interested in said armor.

Racial =/= cultural

And yes, the patch message is refering to the IKS labeled armor dropping on the old world planes.

Oracle Balek is the Iksar that you can turn in Pre-PoP Planar armor to.
He is located in the evil section of PoK on the 2nd floor of the middle building. -791, +551, -109

Turned in 2 pieces of no longer used Hate armor and got a blue and raw diamond.

Thank you very much, that answers my question. Now for my next one, will I, as an Iksar Shadowknight, ever get good cultural armor such as Ogres, Trolls etc get? I'm starting to feel wimpy...
