Dedicated Steel Armor

I did some searching and found Dedicated Steel Gauntlets. Searched some more and found the entire line of armor listed on Lucy, but nothing here.

They are player made.
Required level 80 - Cleric gear.

If they are player crafted, where can I find more info on making such armor?

These are not crafted with smithing skill.

Looted in upper tiers of SoF expansion zones are Warped Steel armor pieces.

With further good fortune SoF yields Steam Core: Dedicant (or another kind which can be converted to Dedicant).

Combine Warped Steel _____ and Steam Core: Didicant in a special container and you get Dedicated Steel ______ .

It gets even better. With friends and a lot of luck you loot Air Essence, Earth Essence, Fire Essence, Ice Essence. Combine with your Dedicated Steel _____ and you get Terrasteel _____ , Flamesteel ______ , Chillsteel _____ , Cloudsteel ______ . AND if you save those four essences instead of rushing to do that combine, alternatively combine the four essences yielding Prismatic Essence. Combine THAT with the Dedicated Steel _____ and you get Chromosteel _____.

After days of thought (And watching the falling prices on Porous Loam in the bazaar) it made me think about the new expansion coming out and the future of armor.

I have always been a fan of Culture armor and hope it doesn't completely disappear or become obsolete.

I'm looking forward to something new, and hope culture armor will continue.
