Step 1: Quest for the patterns did this and got pack full patterns.
Step 2: Learn the recipes I bought scrolls from pok vendor by library
Read them and scribe them

step 3: Make the template

Fulginate Ore
Metal Tempering Chemicals
Smithy Hammer
in a forge

not a thing happens. my skills are 175. I did a search simple patterns not there or next level.

any advice be very helpful

I thought the template patterns were used to make the template.You need to use the chainmail bracer pattern you got from doing the quest instead. The recipie should be in your cultural forge UI but you have to figure out the name of the armor that goes with the ore name.And type that in the search window in the cultural forge window.

You've got the wrong list of items.

From the list of ingredients you have, it seems like you're trying to make the template for Fulginate ore. There are two ways to find the right list. In the game, type Fulginate into the forge search box, or on the main site here, search for Fulginate and find the bracer to get the right recipe.
