Cultural armor pattern quest

I am smithing 281. Im thinking to start cultural armor pattern quest.
Will I be able to skip bigenner quests like Simple armor and just do my suitable smithing skill quest? or I have to do all form beginning?

With regard to the cultural armor, there is only one, easy, quest. The result gives you a book from which you will make patterns for either tailored or smithed armor (or both .. but that takes two general inventory slots). In addition, you should be getting the authorization and easy loading codes by purchasing and recording the scrolls sold by merchants outside the entrance to the library in PoK. All levels of armor are created from these patterns.

With regard to augments, that is a different story. Each level of augment requires a different quest, each growing progressively harder. For these, you may select which level you want, skipping any you choose not to perform. With these, you may use the resulting book to create patterns to use in tailoring or smithing (or again both). And again, seek the services of the merchants outside of the library. Purchase and record the instructions.

Ok, I think i've bought all the books in PoK. I'm at 300smithing (no mod) and went to felwithe to get the quest for the exalted symbols book. The guy isn't giving the quest. He's giving Blessed, Revered, Sacred, Eminent Impressions and also Darkhollow Geode, but not Exalted or Sublime Impressions. Have i done something wrong, or is there a minimum level along with minimum skill needed to access the quest (i'm 67 atm)?? Talking to Artisan Elistar Vorann in North Felwithe (felwithea)

Either you do not have the player level or the expansion required. (off the top of my head 75 and 80, TSS and SoF)

There is a minimum level and I believe it is 5 below the recommended level of the symbol you would create. Check back at 70 (for exalted) and then 75 (for sublime) and you should see them.
