New Stuff?

I am starting to see Studs and Bits made with the Cultural Ores appear on Allakhazam, but no recipes.

Anyone know the combines? Are they used in tailoring?

Could they simply be mined from the next expansion (test server) and Culutral Armor might be "upgraded" (re: Studded Leather items and such) with another combine?
