Trying to make High Quality Steel

When I go to the Forge the only recipie that comes up for High Quality Steel is one useing Refined High Quality Ore. and the only recipies that have Refined High quality Ore as an ingrediant are for Golden and Opal High Quality Steel. Now if remember right last time I did this I used High quality Ore to make High Quality Steel. But I cant find any recipies for it on Allah or in the forge? am I missing something?

There are several recipes for High Quality Steel.

The main one using vendor bought ingredients is :

Smithing Components: Gnomish Heat Source(3), High Quality Carbon Powder, Small Brick of Refined High Quality Ore
In: Forge, Tanaan Forge
Yield: 1
Trivial at: 41

which makes a Small Brick of High Quality Steel (the other recipes found at http://www.eqtraders.com/items/show_...r=035000000000)

From the Small Brick of High Quality Steel, you can make a Large Brick of High
Quality Steel (http://www.eqtraders.com/items/show_...r=035000000000) or a Small Piece of High Quality Steel (http://www.eqtraders.com/items/show_...r=035000000000).
