Is the Blacksmithing trophy broken?

I evolved my trophy to master yet I'm still under 300 skill since then i have done over 300 combines and it hasn't evolved 1%. Do i need 300 skill to evolve the master trophy? Or is it going to take 1000 combines to move it 1%

cant post the link that answered my question but i do need 300 skill to evolve the trophy at all once it is at master status.

Correct, meaning your trophy cannot any higher than the tier above your skill level.

50-99 - Tier 1
100-149 - Tier 2
150-199 - Tier 3
200-249 - Tier 4
250-299 - Tier 5
300 - Tier 6

So, once you hit Tier 6 (300 skill), your trophy will then be able to evolve to the next higher tier (Tier 7).
