I finally got my hands on a Tae Ew vial and now I have no iksar blood. Does anybody know where this stuff drops besides Sebilis. I killed a ton of iksar in Dalnir and also in the Warsilik Woods caves last night and didn't see any. Thanks.

Seb's necro jail camp (best supposed drop rate, not many spawns)
Dalnir 1-2 floors (most iksar per capita, not great drop rate)
Bandito camps in WW (not many iksar, not many reported drops)
I've never heard of Iksar blood dropping for anyone that I know personally except in these 3 locations. I've been tempted to get a group of factionless folks together and raid Cabilis for blood sometime...but we'll have to see.

It appears that the blood is only dropping from Necro class iksars. The seb jail is all necro. There are 2 types in dalnir Monks (green shirts) and Necros (naked), and I've yet to see a drop from the monks.
Anybody to dispute? (I don't have a large enough sample to say clearly, so waiting for that 1 report to prove me wrong
)

Iksar Blood
Here is what I have found:
The iksar slaves in nurga do NOT drop blood. Maybe they did at one point, but I have killed 50+ and not seen any blood.
The Iksar bandit types in FoB do not seem to drop blood. I have not tested this extensively, but since no on actually said they drop blood I gave up after killing 20 or so.
The Iksar in Dalnir DO drop iksar blood. This is the first good use I have found for cleric AE spells :-). I can AE the first and second level every 15 to 20min or so. I have found maybe 10 iksar bloods this way. I think it works out to maybe 1 every 90 minutes (ack)
EDIT: I do not know if the blood only came from the naked iksars...I will keep track next time. Someone in Dalnir claimed that blood only came from 'casters'. I can't verify however.
I have heard good things about the drop rates in Seb although I have not gone there to verify.

P.S. did they nerf any elements of the tae ew smithing? The risk reward for some of it seems way out of whack (e.g. the tae ew shield). I was expecting a nerf but who knows :-)Comment

Casters only for me
In the rather long time I've been doing Iksar Cultural armor, I've found the best way to get blood is to have many people know you want it and offer a reasonable price. (100-200pp per vial in my case)
The time taken to get any real drops for one person is just not a viable alternative.
Bazaar is also a good place, however you will see people asking ludicrous amounts there, because some people will pay it to use in non Iksar Cultrual armor combines.
I can also say that for me, its only been caster mobs that have dropped it, doesn't mean that only they do of course but in over 50 vials farmed personally its been a continuing theme for me.
Go to Seb, /ooc buying the blood, and even if you don't get any there, people will likely remember you. If you only need a vial or two, then just go to Seb and camp jails, wont be to long.Comment

I got a blood in Dalnir last night, it dropped from a necro. I'd say I had to kill about 10 necros before it dropped, so it seems like an uncommon drop. Kind of a drag having to kill so many goblins and goos to make them spawn.
Then I tried a Tae Ew Long Sword and failed at 233 plus Geerlok.
