Symbols for culture armor

I am working on sublime impression task ATT .. BUT my base smithing skill is only at 281.. some guildes want me to make the next tier below for the elaborate armor I can make .. think they are called eniment (sp) symbols.. but all the patterns I have ( from DoN days) seem usless.. Do I need to do A seperate quest?? Do I talk to NPC in home town like for other tasks??? What is the key words to get task to make these symbols .. ( I heard I will need to kill in icefall a lot.. shrug).. Are any of these new tasks listed here?? I tried to look them up but found nada...

Each level of symbol has its own quest and its own book.

The elaborate armor is on the same level (recommended/required) as eminent symbols and I believe sends you to the nest for one part.

The exalted symbols (recommneded 75) are more likely what they are talking about and require hunting in Direwind and Icefall.

You can make eminent augs with your current skill. You will need to reach 300 skill and obtain the quest book to make either exalted or sublime. The book from DoN symbols, if it is eminent is still the same, just the quest to obtain it changed.

Hail the hometown NPC and follow the prompts about symbols.
