Could someone explain How i get

Ancestral Dwarven armor (and)
Sacred book of Dwarven Culture?

Both need to be quested?

Both are quested. Quest giver is in your home city. Should be able to use "find" for tradeskill NPC.

Ancestral <racial> Armor book is a simple 4 item collection quest that you hand in to the NPC to receive the book used to make molds and/or patterns for armor.

The Scared Book of <racial> Culture requires you to complete a quest that involves killing a specific type of mob in a level appropriate zone and receive impressions (automatic flag you receive credit for when you kill appropriate mobs and having the impression book on you). 2 types of mobs needing a certain number of kills and impressions from each. Then returning to the NPC to receive your book used to make the patterns for the symbols.
