what justify this racism towards dwarfes ?

Until the new cultural changes, dwarves had no tailoring available (no leather or silk classes) and thus no need. Not adding them may or may not have been on purpose, however, not every class has every item available.

Some solutions:

Bring what you need with you.
Park a mule in a location with the items you need, buy and put in shared bank.
Get a porting friend to being things to you.
Buy the finished product.

so effectivly I created another dwarf, bought millions of molds, put the mule next to my smith apprentice and skilled

Apparently Water Flasks are sold only in North Kaladim, not South:

North Kaladim

The racism to Dwarfes is not an issue anyone cares about.

If Dwarves have a racism issue, maybe they need to learn some new class skill sets and get away from the plate/chain.
