Ok I'm so confused

I hit 284 on my ogre and with trophy 306. I bought all the books and scribed them but the historian shows nothing so I assume have to be higher. I have a book called Ancestral Ogre Armor, Blessed book of Ogre cultural completed, working on revered, sublime, emenient, exaulted, and sacred. I only have 6 books, when I go to Oggok I dont show any cultural armor I can make. I have found only 2 forges, one at the artisan and one at the other Blacksmith suppliers on other side. If ther is another forge please let me know. Also I have another problem, today logged in and the boosk instead of shoing me like 12/20 and 2/4 got nothing so hhave no clue how many have to kill. I killed 20 sabertooth tigers in Trankanon and got update and killed 20 ravagers in dreadlands but guy wont take book and it seems not to be done liek other even thought the recipes are on forge. any idea how to fix?

The Oggok Forge is buried in Oggok.

The area where you see the 5 tunnels... 3 with 2 above then 1 above that... it is in the one at the top. Of course you have to get to it by slogging through he tunnels.

Be sure you also bought all the books from the historian vendors in Pok or Abysmal or Crescent.
