Small Brick of Refined High Quality Ore

Can someone tell where I can find this stuff?

I have looked on 3/5 npc's listed on the site and did not see it on any of them (PoK, Bazaar and CR), yet none of them have it...

Just found some info that they each have only set amount of each ore... which is dumb... I also read that there is a restock quest? which again is dumb... I need all of 3 small blocks (for the fletching SoF trade skill task) and I have to do a task in order to get any.... This is a bit frustrating to say the least...

The NPC that sell high quality refigned ore do so in limited quantities. 200 for small bricks, 100 for large bricks, 50 for blocks. Once they sell out you have to "resupply" them by doing one of their tasks (turn in x4 small bricks of unrefined ore or x4 large bricks of refined ore which are dropped in various places).
