Can someone confirm this works for me plz. I myself am not high enough to make but gave all except for seal pattern to some who has made these before and they got message that they were missing Last Blood Steel or items dont combine. Is there a certain book they need to buy and scribe in order to see recipe?

Bolded part could be the problem. If they had made them before, is it possible they just did a search and pulled up their 'learned' recipe? If so, chances are it was the one the Bazu Steel. I have made these with Cobalt Ore also and can verify that it works (or at least worked a couple months ago).

Sounds like they were just trying to use the old recipe. They just need to use experiment mode to learn the new one.
