I believe there were going to be group obtainable Seals (type 12 augs), but can't seem to find any information on them. All the seals I see (Discordant, Chronal, Bazu, Last Blood, Serpent's, Sunshard, Faycite) are all raid mob drops, if they drop at all. Am I missing something? or have then not been discovered yet?

I believe the group type 12 augments that you are refering to were supposed to be dropping in Crystallos only (the tier 4 zone).

If that is the case, then currently, the only people really with access are those that are already well raid geared beyond having any use for them. When the group and low- to mid-tier raiders start to see that content, then the augs may come out. It is still early in this expansion that is to last a year to expect to be seeing the top end content and gear already.

Aldier is correct. The slot 12 group is to make the 80 armor catch up to T4 GROUP, so you need to go to the same zone where other T4 drops are in order to get it.
