Smithing to 300

I seem to be at an impass and either due to my mental capacity or intake of beverage cannot figure out what might be the best path to 300 for me to take.

Basically, I am a Drakkin SK. Smithing is like 275ish atm modded to 298. I was doing sickles and have about 150k in the bank to spare. I hate farming but will do it if I have to.

Camp the Pyramid in CT. Tae Ew blood. Make tae ew chain legs. Trivs at 295. In the process you will also get hides for tae ew hide sacks, which you can either make or sell. I seem to recall the sunshard drops being very very poor in this zone, however. Once you hit 295, go with sunshard ore for your final 5.

Thanks but I don't think I follow with sunshard ore.. Silver COnduit uses it but trivs at 290. I don't see any other recipes listed on the search that use it for smithing (tinkering and JC only come up).

Sunshard + silver = silver conduit in JC.

silver conduit + conduit cap pattern triv 303 in JC

If you don't have high enough JC and don't have a friend that does JC, you may want to look into tungsten ore and cobalt ore for making templates. Both ores are trivial over 300 but they are expensive in bazaar and hard to farm solo (assuming you have SoF expansion)

I did my last 4 points of smithing on sacred legging and chest symbols. Bonded Loam and Rhenium ore can usually be had on Saryrn for under 500 plat each, and sometimes as cheaply as 100 plat.
