New Eminent Symbols

OK, I am a smith with 280 skill. I just completed the Quest to get the Eminent Symbol Book. I also picked up the scroll from the vendor for the symbols and scribed it. I still cannot see the recipes in the forge though. Is this because I am not 300 yet? And can someone confirm the recipes for the Eminent Symbols for High Elfs.

Are you using your cultural forge?

What exactly are you searching for when you open the forge?

Are you certain you got the correct symbol scroll?

You do not have to be 300 to see the recipes. The limitation is on seeing the book/scroll on the merchant and that only requires 275.

Well I can see the Sacred Symbols, just not the Eminent

Did you scribe them both?

It is possible there is a bug and that would be something you would need to submit in game /bug report on and the developers can look at it.
