Shadowscream Gloves

I'm just about to start the gloves and was wondering what your stats were when this happened? STR/WIS/INT, Mastery AAs?

I just did 100 combines of shadowscream boots and got 14 skillups, went from 232 to 246. My STR was 341 and I have Smithing Master lvl 2, and my Journeyman Trophy.
I realize it might be more difficult past 250, so just curious at to your stats so I know what I have to look forward to

My STR is 415 and my INT is 405. If I get full shaman buffs, my STR is much higher. I have the experts trophy.

I have done right at 200 combines of the Shadowscream boots starting at skill 250 and I am now at 255. So Im averaging about 40 combines per skill up, just about what everyone here said I could expect.

Oh... I have been at smithing mastery 2 the whole time if that matters. From what I understand, with my STR as high as it is, the Mastery does not help me skill up faster.

You have above 400 str. Shaman buffs and mastery aa wont make any difference as smithing is a difficulty 2 skill with an alternate stat.
