Just had to share a good story. I farmed a bunch of yttrium. set up to do a run. was 69 combines. Masters brambleborn sleeves. wood elf cultural. starting skill 283. after 39 combines i hit 289. another 9 got me 290. so i switched to legs. first combine - ding 291. neato! tried a BP. and ding again. 292. woot 3 in a row. now what? ill just do bp-s i said..and sure enough. ding 293. got 4 skills in a row.

Hmmm... you bragged and posted proof of back to back skillup on a supposedly hard tradeskill. the evil RNG will strike back ands you'll spend the next 500 or so combines with no skillup.

have been going crazy with smithing the last few days.. buying up CDD's and shissar scales.. got to 298. skillups steady but nothing special. switched to sickles. no skillups. out of morning dew. out of patience! had a lot of pop stuff in bank,but was always missing 1 thing for the temper or the metal,ect..
ha.. inferno scepters here i come!!
35 combines,no skillup. ok.. empty bags and buy stuff for another 10, and there it was. 299 and 300 in the next 2 combines
now what to do with 37 scepters and 100 master augs ? )
