    Steel 2H Swords?

    Ok, I have a Dyn'leth Steel 2H Sword. A friend of mine has a Drakkin Steel 2H Sword. Both are tradeskill tagged. There are other weapons found in various TSS zones that are also tradeskill tagged.

    Has anyone found a use for these things (either tradeskill recipe or quest)?

    I'm not sure, but I'd hazard a guess that they're used in ore conversions like the Fine Steel weapons, I'd go find one to test bur I'm at work right now.

      I tried to break them down via the standard conversions and that did not work, so if there is another way to break these down its not "Normal"

        Knowing how purely evil ogres are, these things are probably part of a baking recipe.

        Ah well, I will poke around a little bit more. If these weapons are truely part of a tradeskill combine, it is something fairly well hidded and out of the ordinary.

          Or someone copied an item, changed it and forgot to remove that flag...

          will try and poke at it some day, but not high priority.

          I know of no recipe that uses those. (of course I am at home and not searching the DB so I could be incorrect)

            You mean you gnawed thru the chain and escaped SoE Dungeon??? Alright WTG big guy. Tell the Ogress and Ogrelings we all say hi before they discover you are gone and sendout a capture party.

              Quite a few of TSS weapons are tradeskill flagged. The farming implements in CR and the satyr and fairie-type-mob drops in Goru'kar are also.

                Ogress? DenMother will smite you with her famed Rolling Pin of Doom for calling her an Ogress.
