where do i find or make a smithing chisel. not found any ibnfo in recipes at all

Search the "Recipes" section of the website to find the recipe to smith the item, then search the "List tradeskill supplies by zone" section to find the molds/supplies needed.

[Nimphe Wildwood]

Many Smithing NPC's have the Smithing Chisel.

Rivervale - Hafling next to the Forge by the Druid Guild/Farm.
Shadowhaven - Female Human next to the Forge / Dwarf near the Forge toward Echo Caverns/The Deep zone.

I know there are a lot more than what I mentioned, those just happen to be my regular hang-out spots.
