    wht you mean accoutning freaks?

I make all my plat off selling armors..i make/sell for in game profit..and i watch my costs carefully

so **** straight i keep accounting..i know what it cost me to get trivial on a item, what my break even points are , and what my margins are

is my TRADE aka TRADEskills..warriors get rich by killing things and getting uber loot..i get rich selling things to those warriors who spend 10x what the loot is worth trying to equip to go get that peice of loot.

hehe thats how the city of Seattle came to be..it came cuz of the Alaska gold rush..the smart guys found they could make more money selling picks and shovels to prospectors than they could prospecting themselves

For most skills, when I am slugging it out against the RNG, what I do, is to make some pages in excel, then print them out and have them next to the computer. I put tick marks alongside the skill level to show how many combines I did at that skill.

so a page will have 2 columns like this:

      168 ___________________________
      169 ___________________________
      170 ___________________________
      171 ___________________________
and so on to 200 or 250.

If I make significant changes in wisdom, I mark them down. I only mark the day on the first combine that day.

Then I throw it out when I get to 250 or totally frustrated.

No, I am not an accountant, I am a computer programmer.

        Accounting? Good reason to...

If I don't know how much an item is going to cost me to make, I can't quote prices that will keep me "in business".

Nothing like promising someone "ya, sure, I can make you that for, say 15K" only to spend 30K in blue diamonds...
