Does anyone know if there is still a success-rate cap on Grandmaster augs of 60-ish percent? I ask because I made my first 3 GM augs (wrist X2 / sleeve X1) and succeeded on the first try every time....it may not be a very big set of data, but it's still enough to get me hoping that it's not just good luck with the RNG.
