where did you find info on what component (small mamoth tusk) to use? Or was it a guess?

I already had somewhat of a clue that Drakkin might use the same components as human cultural. (As per a previous thread here). So I used the small mammoth tusks that are used in human cultural. At first I tried an antonican hammer as well, but that didn't work, then I looked at the vendor closer and found the crystalwing hammer, which is the only difference between these recipies and human cultural.

yeah, I did look at the books, and while I don't remember seeing anything that directly refered to Drakkin armor (maybe I just havn't read the right book yet - or maybe I was just tired at the time and can't remember), the books were clearly referencing human cultural, so I just used that along with the drakkin hammer. It took me a bit to get it all together, but so far so good. I've done a few full sets of the journeyman armor and finally leveled my little butt up to 15 so I can wear it. I just finished the journeyman symbol quest, so I'm off to work on some of that.

Then I'll get around to tailoring..... LoL

By the way, I am loving the new Drakkin race in general and what I have seen so far of the expansion. This might just become my new favorite character.

Can this armor be worn by rogues? I have the quest, but I'd hate to do the skillups then find its plate and I cant wear it.

This is plate armor. I am going to be making the chain later today, so I don't know what it's called yet, but basically you should be able to make your bar of crystalscale steel and not turn it into a sheet. Then just do the recipie with your bar of steel. I will post more once I make it. The trivials should be the same.

cultural symbols (drakkin)

ok so im new to this cultural tradeskill stuffs ...I rolled a drakkin am having great fun ..now i need gear tha matches seeing as we cant dye them /Grrrrrrr ...but anywho i got the journey books and all ..figured out how to get patterns ... i was confused there for a sec hehe ..

now how on earth do you make symbols? .... umh I didn't see any recepies .... are they not found yet ? or are they like really easy and people that are cluless like me are laughed at for stupidity =P hehe

anyone point me in the right direction of how to make drakkin symbols? it would be most appreciated

The symbols are made the same as for all other races. As all drakkin have diety veeshan look for <lvl> <armorslot> symbol of the brood (example: journeyman's boot symbol of the brood)
