Shouldn't Infused Vale Steelweave use a Vale smithing hammer and not a regular smithing hammer?

All the old-world and blue diamond cultural combines use normal smithing hammers; the new hammers are only used for DoN cultural.Sir KyrosKrane Sylvanblade
Master Artisan (300 + GM Trophy in all) of Luclin (Veeshan)
Master Fisherman (200) and possibly Drunk (2xx + 20%), not sober enough to tell!
Lightbringer, Redeemer, and Valiant servant of Erollisi Marr

I can't speak for other racial cultural, but High Elves have always used their Elven Smithy Hammer for their cultural. This goes all the way back to the Mithril Chainmail armors that high elven int casters and wood elven druids could wear, before the Blue Diamond cultural came along.

I didn't even know the elven smithy hammer pre-dated DoN.
I know human cultural armor (both BD and pre-BD) use a normal smithing hammer for the subcombines and the final combine; the Antonican Smithing Hammer was new with DoN.Sir KyrosKrane Sylvanblade

Human cultural was always kinda odd in that a normal smithy hammer was used.
I have used my Dwarven smithy hammer since the first cultural recipes came out (go go Imbued Dwarven Battleaxe of Brell!). I remember elven and ogre smithy hammers as well.
