Also there are server specific forums on this site, as well as your server likely having it's own forums with a tradeskill section.

Server forum doesn't seem to get much attention. I post a wanted ad there a while ago and never got a response. I got a response only from /oocing in bazaar.

You only need to find someone who can smith or tailor and also have decent JC skill or know someone that do since the blessed waters are JC based. Augs symbol can be made by anyone regardless of class, race, or diety.

Another alternative is to go through the 300 Ding threads in the appropriate skill here, then send a polite request to someone on your server with the skill to do the combine and discussion about appropriate compensation.
