I want a new bard sheild

I want a new combine to make a bard shield, and I want the graphic to have a spinner on it. It would seem just right for bards. Maybe make it druid and shaman usable, too.

Bards are considered to be a dual-wield class with limited to no shield use... much like Monks, Rogues & Beastlords.

Aside from that, the only Player-made items that have particle effects (moving parts/graphics like you suggest) are the GM Trophy items when fully evolved.

Generally, any player-made items are wield-able by as many races/classes as possible/appropriate for the item. (i.e. Cultural items are wearable by all classes of that race/item type, non-cultural items are usable by all races appropriate to the item, etc.)

The kind of thing you're asking for... would more likely be quested than crafted.

Of course, I would like to see Cultural weapons/shields again... but getting the stats of the items balanced seems to be a tough job.
