DoN GM Cultural Smithing Question

ok, I've been hunting around for this information, but can't find it. I've heard there's a cap on the success rate for the GM armor, but what is the rate, and at what skill in blacksmithing do you hit it? Thanks.

See the tradeskills guide forum. Max success for min skill or something is the title.

There's no one skill level to quote, for three reasons..

1 - there are 4 different trivial levels, depending on the piece.

2 - Depends on your skill bonus (trophy, etc)

3 - Depends on your mastery AAs
