Ok what am I doing wrong?

I am combining 1 expert's wrist symbol pattern with 1 Fire opal and Blessed water of Rallos Zek. I have tried the cultural forge and the regualr forge and it will not combine!!!

Help an ogre out please?!?

You need to use a Expert's Water Of The Warmonger, not Blessed water of Rallos Zek. Combine the Blessed water of Rallos Zek and a Lambent Stone in a jeweler's kit (around 50-60 triv I think). The Correct Recipe is

Fire Opal
Expert's Wrist Symbol Pattern
Expert's Water Of The Warmonger
