Smithing modifiers

IF I remember correctly there use to be a thread on the old forums listing the old smithing modifiers. Was wondering if we could start one here. I can seem to only find the 15% modifiers listed here but I remember there use to be a belt that dropped in ME that was 10%.

the FAQ desn't state what the Modifiers are as well I did a search of all the forums for the words "smithing modifier" in which it only returned the 2 15% modifiers.

It is in the Smithing FAQ at the top of the page(I posted it there). The name of each item is a link to the info on the item on Allakhazam's which has all of its stat information as well as it's %modifiers to smithing.
