Question about a bugged or not usable combine

I have all the ingredients for Pale Velium Inlaid Cestus and tried to combine them in a forge and tanaan forge, and all i get is it cannot be done in this container.

Ingredients are as follows:
Pale Nihilite Cestus Kit
Velium Cestus Kit
Bar of Aligned Steel
Cestus Mold

Am I missing some ingredient or is this bugged or what? Can anyone help me with this?

There are two items named Cestus Mold, with identical names and icons. You want the one that is tradeskill tagged. You probably just bought the wrong mold from the vendor.
