Gave 3 of them to someone nice on TEST server other day so..... $0.00 Seriously though I saw someone with one in baz for 8k. Prices should be going down not up considering they are dropping off more mobs (Kirins in Arcstone drop them at least on TEST).

Crushed Diamond Dust was added to the loot tables of many mobs in Relic, Arcstone, Rage, Sverag, and Eldarr Forest. You should see the prices drop significantly in the next few months.
Like Kyro said, they are selling consistently on Luclin for 2.5k a pop.

Looking in the Bazaar right now, I'm seeing several CDD's for sale, at a whpping 4-6k. One is just under that at 3950, and 2 are a bit over it at 6500 each, but the bulk fall into the 4-6k range, mostly at the higher end of that spectrum.

On Bertox they go from 3.5k to 8k, sometimes lower than that but not too often. I get a pretty steady supply offering 2.5-3k depending on who else is buying them as well.
