Barb smithing options at 202

Barb tribunal smith at around 202. Tired of trying to find someone to make some gm armor and was wondering what options are available skillup wise for me.

Trying to get to at least 250 before some attempts.

Do EVB (Enchanted Velium Bits) till 222, then SS armor (Shadowscream Steel Boots, Gloves, and Cloak) till 267.

Get a seru belt, and do ertheral rings to 212, the EBV to 222 and sickles or helanic tundra boots from there (or SS if you prefer).
