I got the recipe for this off alla, couldnt find it on eqtraders.com, but part of it doesnt seem to work...the enchanted mithril rings are supposedly morning dew + file + enchanted large brick of mithril ore, but that does not combine for me and i would appreciate if someone else knew and could tell me please.

Is it possible you weren't using the cultural forge? Only other thing would be if you weren't a High Elf follower of Tunare, far as I can tell... -
High Elfs cant be Bards, let me guess, your a Half Elf or a Wood Elf? Sorry, you cant make the armor even if you do use the Cultural Forge. Only High Elfs can make it. Sorry.60th Virtuoso of Frozen SpiritsComment

You can't do that combine. It must be done in the Felwithe cultural forge and only High Elves can use that one.
