Do Vendors Sell Metal Bits?

I see Metal Bits are needed in recipes, do any Vendors sell them, or must you make tons of these?

Or if you're lazy like me and hate to be bothered, buy them up when you see them on a vendor and stockpile them

I've seen them on vendors near any forges but not often. Someone would have to make a bunch and then sell it first.

Just make it low trival and fairly cheap to make.
