I believe there is no specific Ancestral "insert race here" Armor books except the pattern books. These are quested in your home city, detailed in the write-up for DoN cultural armors.
There are a series of books sold in PoK by the dwarven smithing vendors that go into detail on historical armors (the new DoN cultural).Aleksandros Baelmah
