No, Bazu seals are a drop from raid mobs in DODH. I think it was strange that bazu was used in an expansion in which there are no bazu mobs! They should have picked a new name to prevent confusion.

I believe Bazu *stones* are the DoD raid drop. Bazu Seals should be made with smithing from DoD components and do make that seal linked - though you need tons of other stuff as well.

Bazu (or last blood, chronal, discordant) Steel is used to make the Seals. Gaining ability to make the seals comes from an extension to the DON GM quest. You say "underground" the the quest giver to start it.

Bazu Stones are nodrop raid drops. I have seen them drop from the DOD progression bosses.

There is an extensive quest given by Belfast in CC to be able to build the tools to combine a seal and mechanoinstructions in order to make an aug. There are lots of threads about the Belfast quests on the boards already. Primary skill required is tinkering although research plays a key role. The subcombines span most tradeskills.
