Magnetic armor...

I know ive looked thought this site and read alot of different things about magnetic armor peices but I havent seen what im looking for yet...What im wondering is whats the best thing to do with all the peices ive accumulated during xping in MPG I have almost 6 bags full of peices and I would like to find the best way to utilize them(Before they take over my inventory) I didnt want to make a mistake breaking anything down so I just kept all the stuff intact so far....

There is no real market for the non-vis pieces, so break those down immediately. Pauldrons are your friend, as they break down to 3 bricks. But break down all your collars and belts too.

I always like to keep a full visible set for sale. Then I concentrate on keeping extra components for the parts that sell well.

On my server, BPs and Greaves sell for the most, followed by the Helm, then the Vambraces. I sell the occasional bracer, a few gloves, and almost no boots.

I would start this way.

1) Break down all non-vis pieces
2) Set aside one of each vis piece
3) Break down extra boots and gloves
4) Make some Magnetized Bolts (6 per brick)
5) Make a BP, and Greaves
6) Make a Helm, Bracer, and Vambraces
7) Make Boots and Gloves
8) Bank extra broken BP and Greaves

Boleslav basically covered it. Primarily, I focus on making legs, BP, helms, then lower level items. Despite what he said, I always break down boots for materials. Boots of Slaughter typically sell for cheaper in the bazaar and have better stats than the magnetized boots. There always seem to be a good supply of them selling for dirt cheap.

The other thing I'd mention is that I purchase magnetized pieces in the bazaar that are appropriately priced. Other than the three parts I mentioned, I look to buy them for 750pp per brick they produce. I pay a bit more for the three pieces, based on need. I recommend you determine your buy price and purchase them when they are available.

I price pieces based on what the market will bear and how many I have in stock. I make whatever I can and stock them on my vendor (not all pieces available for sale). I keep spares in the bank and move them on my vendor when appropriate.
