Gnomes have cultural tinkered armors now that are the equivelent of cultural smithed armors (like halflings and euradites don't have smithed cutural but have tailored cultural), might want to retire that gripe. Also to note, it's racial armor NOT imbuned for any diety! (or are you going to add halflings and euradites to the list of races w/o smithed cultural?)

Stinky Necro...
You say you updated the list today, but it still says Swirling Shadows are no rent, and have no intention of changing.

Re: FAQ 2: The Dead Horse
[quote="Sinuuyanea Nocturne"]
<img
All Cultures--The Enchanter "Roadblock", where Enchanters are required for most cultural armors. As an addenum to this, despite the fact that it has been stated that the origional cultural armors were designed for levels 30~40, the Enchant: [Steel, Mithril, Brellium, Skyrion, Adamantite] spells are all level 49, and have a high mana cost.
I don't think there's an Enchant: Skyiron spell out there, unless it's been added recently. I haven't been able to play in a couple months.

Success Rate "Phantom" Nerfs--Have not, and never have, taken place. The Random Number Generator (or RNG) is dirt poor; it often works in streaks, and at times will be quite unfavorable to a person; the opposite is also true.
Success rates are averages. How close you can expect to be to that average will depend on the number of combines. If you do for instance 20 trivial combines, in average you fail once. However a sixth of the people are expected to fail at least 5 times, while a large number of people won't fail at all. However noone would remember not failing on 20 trivial, but for sure failing 5+ on a stack of trivial stuff.Tlag Steadfast

Halflings--Bristlebane-worshipping Halflings (namely Clerics and Paladins) cannot smith their own cultural armor.
Additionally, gnomish followers of Bristlebane (clerics and rogues) cannot smith their own cultural armor (either Clockwork Shadowwalker's or Clockwork Observer's); they must also rely on dwarves.

"Success Rate--The only, sole, singular, solamente, soltanto, solo, and one single thing that affects successes is skill and skill alone!!!"
Not true.
The other thing that affects successes is the trivial of the item that you're trying to smith.
Maybe reword it to be, "Success Rate--The only, sole, singular, solamente, soltanto, solo, and one single thing that affects successes for a particular item is skill and skill alone!!!"
