Question about Heraldric armor...

...I'm new to EQ and very new to this site so bare with me if this is a stupid question. I'm a half-elf Bard of Veeshan and heard about the Heraldric armor of Veeshan but I noticed that it's listed as being a human cultural recipe...there isn't a listing of half-elf culturals so does this mean we don't have any? Do I not get my armor?

Dragonkin Heraldic armor - which in my opinion is the coolest recipe out of the bunch.

find a Human GM smith on your server to make this armor...

Human cultural means Humans make it, so you (as a half elf) cannot make it. However, as it happens you can wear it. So it depends what you mean by "get"
