From which ingame text do the old bd cultural armors come?

I have been unable to find the original ingame books for the first cultural armors - blue diamond and pre-blue diamond. Any info is appreciated.

edit: Looking for a generic answer like "home town vendor" or "npc in ____ city."

edit: If you do happen to specifically know the whereabouts of the DE armor guy for old cultural, please reply, thanks =)

I can't remember for High Elves and the BD cultural, but the old old cultural didn't use a book from what I remember. Instead, the NPC who originally sold the mithril bricks/blocks had some text when hailed and if you followed the text, he would explain how to make the old cultural.

I found the same with the DE ore selling npc: he gives the info on original cultural via hailing and dialogue.

I then found the BD cultural info from the npc outside of the neriak forge via hailling and dialogue as well.

Mystery solved =)
