decorin shard drops nerfed?

sat in tactics aggroing this mob for 2 hours last nite..were the only guild who has access to the zone and he hasnt been farmed for ores since last patch. anywah 2 hours all useless hunks..anyone have the same prob or was it just bad luck?

According to the spoiler info on the zek banes, after a while of aggroing the guy, the ore stops dropping.

Need to kill him, and then the drops should be reset. He probably drops spectrals and/or runes, so it isn't like there aren't other reasons to kill him too.
