    I ran into the same issue with the Block of Refined High Quality Ore. After reading the boards, I gave it a try.

    Block of Refined High Quality Ore + Smithing chisel in a forge. Yields 2 Large Bricks of Refined High Quailty Ore.

      Just entered Iamyeni's recipe. Could you please post on the database update forum what the trivial for the combine is, and whether you got the chisel back?
