DoN master level armor

Does anyone have any experience with the desireability of master level armor?

I am having dificulty trying to figure out if master lvel armor is any good, and if so, for what classes and spots.

The master level augs are quite popular, at least i have sold quite a few, and made some for guildies too. But I have had no inquiries of master level armor, nor have i sold any of the pieces i have put up for sale. But´it might be that I just havnt made the right pieces.

By reasoning if people are getting augs they must be getting armor of some kind, unless there are other types or armor that takes type 11 augs which i dont know about.

Personally I use 2 pieces of master armor atm, gloves and a bracer.

Any thoughts on what clases would use master armor, and what classes migh prefer the cheaper expert armor, or the more expensive GM armor.

I know of people who buy Master level Augs for their GM armour (rare now, but used to be kinda common).

Also, Augs are more broad-spectrum. You may be making DE armour and Innoruk Augs, and getting Humans & others buying your Augs for their armour.

I know I get Wood Elves & Half Elves buying my Tunare Augs!

The master level chain wood elf ARMOR (not augs) sells okay on Tunare. When I was the first to market with those, I made a nice amount (first time I have ever profited from smithing) but now enough folks are there that the prices are in the 1-3K range, even for the more-than-one-brick combines. The one-brick combines, which are useful as a skill up option, are down around 500pp now and I have started just dropping them onto the ground by the Fier'dal forge b/c they have no tribute or merchant value to speak of.

A Master level Tunic with GM level aug, plus an Omens aug and a DON aug makes a nice elemental-quality item. The AC is a little low, but for, say, a bow-focused ranger, it's a nice item.

From my experience Master level Leggings are about the only thing I am able to sell with any regularity. I guess the availability of other BPs are such that the BPs aren't worth the price. Think I've sold a few of the other peices but I've had bracers now for months.
